Interaction is a kind of action that occurs as two or more objects have an effect upon each other(defined by wiki). Regarding to the way how people interact, there can be direct and indirect interactions. Having a face to face conversation, answering a phone call, attending a meeting......etc, are direct, which creating a circular-way information flow; While reading a book, watching videos, listening to music.....etc, are indirect, which creating a one-way information flow. Sociologists use the term "interaction frequency" to examine the complexity of human behaviors in society and had come to a conclusion: the intensity of interaction and the complexity of behavior are negatively correlated. This helps to explain the reason why in this era, people communicate in a more rapid pace but feel less connected than ever. Human beings are less bonded than ever, and we only choose to talk to people who are like ourselves.
Though we can observe, conclude, define our world in a scientific way, but we are still as ignorant as a child when it comes to such questions:
:/How people are bonded with each other?
:/Why certain communities function much better than others?
:/What contributes to a healthy, during, and energetic relationship between people?
:/What method can be adapted while creating a new community aka. a new social circle?
These questions are hard to answer not because we're really lack of imagination, but because the answers have their roots from the ever-changing humanity. And as the old saying goes:" There are a thousand Hamlets in a thousand people's eyes." Theater, as a collaborative form of fine art, take the real life as a firs-hand material. Thus, it become a great tool for us to learn better humanity.
\THEATER AS A LEARNING MEDIUM\

As one of the most talented drama teachers in England, no one knows better than Dorothy in how to stimuli a class, how to evoke children's interest to participate, how to guide them making decisions on their own, and how to win their commitment to the drama they are in. The class which Dorothy was coaching is a great example into know the complexity of human interaction and the forming of a community. Here I list Dorothy's teaching methods in which you can find very familiar with the tasks we are facing while building a community concerning issues like leadership, education, size.....etc.
1.Decision Taking

2.Noise

of noise
3.Distance

4.Size of Group

5.Teaching Registers
the attitude you employ in putting yourself at the service of the class, would you rather be a "one-knows-it-all" or a "interested-listener" or a "it's-no-use-asking-me" teacher
6.Status as A Teacher
the status you have to carry home is the conviction that people found it interesting
working with you
