The sharing economy is also called the shared economy of the collaborative economy.
In the sharing economy, it is a matter of being sustainable with goods.
To ensure that they do not remain unused for 50% of the time.
The sharing economy goes beyond just sharing each other's stuff. There is a profit model and in this way we share the cost or revenue for use, creating or even producing our items. In the sharing economy, we are also the supplier of our products. The trend is that we do not use many products for a large part of our time. Some people only use their car on weekends, and with others most of the time is empty because the children are flown. We offer these products for reward and together we use each other's products. Why is this trend so big?
Nowadays, we make our own choices and see that we may waste much more than is necessary. Sustainability is no longer the marketing term designed by organizations. It is a term that we make ourselves more and more self-reliant. For example, by sharing your stuff you use to occasionally share with others https://www.frankwatching.com/archive/2014/01/10/sharing-economy-trend-meer-dan-alleen-elkaars-spullen-delen/

Dare to borrow, do we trust each other enough? Peerby.com is an internet company with ambitious goals. They try to establish an alternative for our consumption driven throw away culture, by connecting people with each other and encouraging collaborative consumption. By connecting people and their items with each other. I made an account at peerby.com, somebody asked for an adapter for the macbook. I didnt share my adapter, because I dont know the person who asked for it and dont know if i can trust him. I'm curious should you share your adapter? I think i'll share when I have a guarantee that I will get it back.
When sharing is free, do we trust each other enough?
