1. A Utopia is an imagined community or society that possesses highly desirable or nearly perfect qualities for its citizens. One could also say that utopia is a perfect "place" that has been designed so there are no problems.
Source : Wikipedia.
2. An example of an Utopia in history :
New Harmony- an Utopia attempt, proposed by Robert Owen.

Robert Owen bought this town to adapt his vision of "a new moral world " of happiness, enlightenment, and prosperity through education, science, technology, and communal living.
He invited people to come to the town ( 700-800 residents in 1825 ), members of the town provide their household goods and invest their capital at interest in a business that would promote independence and social equality, they have all the service by paying credits. The town governed by 4 members chosen by Owen.
Eventually, this ideal utopia was dissolved in 1829 due to constant quarrels as parcels of land and property were returned to private use.
3. A new feature appears in the map of new city arrangement presented last week.

We live in the meeting points, and go to private space when needed.
The new raising feature here is the green- color spaces in the picture - which are the shared spaces of these meeting points.
So not only human share the meeting points, but the meeting points themselves also have their shared space.
Here are the examples of what "they" share, there are many possibilities for the answers, but basically the answer refers to the need in common among these meeting points.

"they'' share open space closed to nature ( a park, water elements, pavilion of plants,... )

'' they'' share a cafeteria/take away restaurant

'' they'' share outdoor sitting area
4. What do we need to live in meeting points- private space?
- We can live in the meeting points when we have :
+ Food supply
+ Rest area ( short/long sleep, restroom )
+ Family corner ( take care of your children, kid's area, space to meet family )
+ Entertaining/ sport area.
- We can live in our private space with the minimum of personal needs
+ Sleep
+ Restroom
+ Family meeting room
